1- Where is Al Hamra Village (AHV) located ?

Al Hamra Village is in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, on the west coast road 24 kilometers before Ras Al Khaimah City; the Country's most northern Emirate and arguably the most scenic.

2- Who is the developer ?
|

The developer is Al Hamra Real Estate Development LLC, a private company with private investors, including HH Sheikh Saud al Qassimi, Ruler and Crown Prince of RAs al Khaimah.

3- Is there an airport near AHV ?
|
|
RAK has an international airport, which is located about 18 kilometers from the center of the city. Dubai airport is approximately 80 kilometers from AHV.

4- What is the distance between RAK and other Emirates ?
|
|
From the Dubai International Airport, passing through the Emirates Highway, the journey time has been reduced to mere 50 minutes. This effectively makes RAK closer to the center of Dubai than some suburbs within Dubai itself. Also, with this development, it dramatically increase the value of properties in RAK.

5- Is AHV 100% freehold property ?

Yes. Owners will be eligible for the residency visa sponsored by the developers. Owners can apply for the resident visa upon completion of payments.

|

Resident visas issued by RAK are valid in all Emirates of the UAE. An owner issued a resident visa from RAK may also live in other parts of the UAE.

9- Do you provide any other payment schedule ?
|
Yes, it is directly with the developer.
- 20% On booking & signing of the Sales agreement (after 30 days from the date of booking)
- 20% After 3 months from the date of signing the sales agreement
- 20% After 6 months from the date of signing the sales agreement
- 40% On completion
